By registering for any Lykos Training Center (“Lykos”) course, you agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy in addition to the Firearms Training Agreement – Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk and all other posted Lykos policies, including the Safety & Range Policy.

 

1. Registration & Payment

• All registrations must be completed online through our booking system, unless otherwise approved in writing by Lykos.

• Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated in the course description.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after:

  • The Firearms Training Agreement – Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk is electronically signed and submitted; and

  • Payment is successfully processed.

 

2. Student Cancellations

• “72 hours” means 72 hours before the scheduled course start time, based on Eastern Time.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled course start time are eligible for either:

  • A one-time reschedule to another available course date of equal or lesser value (preferred), or, if rescheduling is not possible,

  • Conversion of the amount paid into a Lykos gift card or training credit.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

• No-shows (including failure to arrive by the required check‑in time) are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

 

3. Rescheduling

• Participants may request a one-time transfer to another course date with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to instructor approval and class availability.

• Rescheduled training must be used within 90 days of the original course date, after which any unused credit will be forfeited.

• If a participant cancels or fails to attend a rescheduled course, all fees are forfeited.

• ALL RESCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO LYKOS BY EMAILING reschedule@lykostrainingcenter.com

• Requests are considered received only when confirmed by Lykos. Lykos is not responsible for requests sent through social media, third‑party platforms, or other unofficial channels.

• Lykos reserves the right to designate, update, or discontinue acceptable communication methods at any time.

 

4. Late Arrival

• Training starts on time. PARTICIPANTS MUST ARRIVE AT THE DESIGNATED MEETING POINT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED START TIME.

• Participants who arrive late may be denied participation at Lykos’s discretion due to safety and instructional constraints.

• Late arrivals who are denied participation will be treated as no‑shows and are not eligible for a refund, reschedule, or credit.

 

5. Lykos Cancellations

• Lykos reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration, or to cancel or reschedule any course, at its discretion, including but not limited to for:

  • weather conditions;

  • instructor availability or illness;

  • safety concerns;

  • low enrollment;

  • equipment or facility issues.

• In such cases, participants may choose either:

  • a one-time reschedule to another available course date of equal or lesser value (preferred), or, if rescheduling is not possible,

  • conversion of the amount paid into a Lykos gift card or training credit.

 

6. Conduct & Removal

• Lykos maintains a professional, safety‑focused training environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior, as determined by Lykos in its discretion, may result in removal from class and/or the facility.

• Removal from the course or range for violation of any Lykos policy or instructor direction will result in forfeiture of all fees and may result in denial of future shooting privileges.

 

7. Ammunition & Equipment Compliance

• All firearms, ammunition, and equipment must comply with the Lykos Safety & Range Policy and any additional instructions from instructors or range staff.

• Use of prohibited ammunition or unsafe equipment will result in removal without refund and may result in denial of future range access.​
