Medical skills are often overlooked in training. The reality is you are far more likely to deal with a medical emergency than defend yourself or a loved one. As responsible armed citizens, we should have the ability to render aid. This one-day course combines practical pistol skills with essential emergency medical training, giving you the opportunity to build confidence in both areas. COURSE OVERVIEW: - Mindset - Single hand pistol fundamentals including concealed carry draw stroke and fixing malfunctions - Bleeding control - Airway management - Respiratory support - Dealing with shock and hypothermia COURSE REQUIREMENTS: - Valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) - Handgun, full size or compact (please no subcompacts) - 4-5 pistol magazines - Concealed all-Kydex holster from a reputable manufacturer (We recommend the Blackpointtactical.com FO3) **Holster must be all kydex from a reputable manufacturer** - 300 rounds of training ammo - 2 Tourniquet (one for carry + one for training) - Non-firing pistol shape (SIRT pistol, Blue gun, etc) - Ear and eye protection - Everyday clothing appropriate for the weather and suitable for getting dirty - Weapons maintenance supplies - Hat, sunscreen, water & snacks - Lunch — plan to stay on site - Med Kit** (Training medical supplies provided) DURATION: 8.5 Hours Whether you're carrying every day or simply want to be better prepared for the unexpected, this course will help you build the skills and mindset to respond when it counts.

LIABILITY WAIVER REQUIRED All participants must sign a Firearms Training Agreement – Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk before participation. This agreement includes a waiver of claims, including those based on negligence, as allowed by law, and governs the full legal relationship between you and Lykos Training Center Inc. ARRIVAL REQUIREMENT Participants must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled start time to allow for check-in, travel to the range, safety briefing, and preparation. Late arrival may result in denial of participation without refund. SAFETY & REMOVAL POLICY You must follow all safety rules and instructor directions at all times. Lykos Training Center reserves the right to remove any participant immediately, without refund or credit, if safety rules are violated or if the participant is deemed unsafe, impaired, or unfit for training. LEGAL COMPLIANCE You are solely responsible for complying with all federal and Massachusetts firearms laws and ensuring you are legally eligible to participate. NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME Participation does not guarantee skill level, certification, employment, or any legal authority to possess or carry firearms. By participating, you consent to incidental recording and authorize use for business and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before training begins.
